Ingredients
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
3 garlic cloves
1 lb. Heinen's CARE Certified Heritage Breed Duroc ground pork
5 oz. Heinen's shredded red cabbage (½ the package)
5 oz. Heinen's shredded coleslaw mix (½ the package)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Two Brothers Sweet Chili Sauce, as needed
Two Brothers Sriracha Rooster Sauce, as needed
1 green onion, sliced
Cilantro, for garnish
Sea salt
Black pepper
Directions
- In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the pork and stir to cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the red cabbage, slaw mix, and soy sauce. Cook until tender.
- Serve in a bowl and drizzle with sriracha and sweet chili. Top with scallions and cilantro.
